These are some possible designs for the folded poster idea I had that would work as a cover for the diary, and then fold out to be placed on the students wall. I decided to create this after suggesting the idea at the last crit, and people seemed positive about it.
The main inspiration for this poster is the book Studio Culture, which uses a similar idea with a removable poster that is originally the front of the book.
I am happier with the simpler designs, and will try to keep things a little more minimal.
On the other side of the poster will be a short essay which will attempt to theorise what it means to be a contemporary designer.
